Terms of Service

Please read carefully. Booking a party implies that you have read and agreed to the following conditions.

  • A €50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party slot 10 days before the party or the party is not confirmed. Your party booking is confirmed once the deposit is received.

  • Parties greater than 10 must be booked at least 10 days in advance in order to ensure staff rotas can facilitate.

  • Please notify staff as soon as possible of any known allergens within the party, and we will do our best to accommodate this.

  • We can only accept one hot food option for the entire party (mixed orders for hot food cannot be accommodated).

  • All menu options are subject to change based on ingredient availability.

  • We can cater for parties of up to 25 children. If you wish to host a party with more than 25 children, please call us to discuss available options.

  • You are welcome to bring your own party bags, balloons, and decorations.

  • Please do not arrive for a party session more than 5 minutes before it starts. Parents of guest children are kindly asked to collect their children promptly at the end of the session to avoid exceeding the regulated number of children in the building and to prevent car park overcrowding.

  • Parties may be asked to clear the party area 5 minutes before the end of their time slot to allow for cleaning.

  • A parent should be appointed to supervise all children in the party group and ensure appropriate behaviour in the play areas and bathrooms.

  • Our staff are on hand to provide service at the counter, prepare and serve hot drinks/food, and maintain cleanliness in all areas. If you have any concerns or feedback, please speak to the manager. We value your feedback and strive to improve your experience.
